Nozomi Nagai

Nozomi is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of XREACH.
He is responsible for the overall management of the company and is actively involved in expanding our business boundaries as well as our trading business.

Nozomi started his career at Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. where he participated in many research and consulting projects in a wide range of areas, specializing mainly in the Middle East, Africa and developing countries. In 2013, he was transferred to the Middle East Cooperation Center, where he worked at the Abu Dhabi Japan Desk in the United Arab Emirates for two and a half years. During this time, he contributed to strengthening the local network and identifying new investment opportunities. With a desire to create a Japan he would be proud of for his grandchildren, he founded CrossReach (formerly ksn Corporation) and grew the company with the Middle East as its main market, achieving 100% growth for three consecutive terms from 2020.

Nozomi earned a bachelor's degree from Hitotsubashi University.

Chief Executive Officer

Takeo Kato

Takeo joined XREACH in February 2024 and is currently working to build an offensive and defensive corporate department with the goal of listing on the NASDAQ.

Prior to joining XREACH, Takeo worked in the finance department at Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. where he prepared non-consolidated financial statements and financial regulatory reporting documents for major subsidiaries in Japan, the UK, and Hong Kong, as well as Nomura Group consolidated financial statements and SEC disclosure documents based on U.S. GAAP. He has a broad range of financial expertise, including budgeting, promoting cost-reduction projects, and liaising with rating agencies. Based on his in-depth knowledge of the business, he has led many projects for business process design and restructuring, and business improvement through system implementation.

Takeo earned a bachelor's degree from Kyoto Sangyo University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
